GENERAL⊹ As the artist, I retain the full rights to the artwork.I reserve the right to decline your commission request without any reason given.
I have my own boundaries and limits. I do not accept refund requests if expectations of the commissioner aren't made.
The outcome may not be 100% accurate to the design given, as I will be drawing the character in my own interpretation/style.
This includes possible clothing changes, slight color changes and stylized anatomy.
I reserve the right to refuse adjustment requests asking me to change how I draw characters.⊹ The item commissioned is a digital product and will not be delivered to a physical address.⊹ Editing, cutting and rigging my artwork without permission is prohibited.⊹ Using the item commissioned for NFT minting or AI training is strictly prohibited.⊹ Reposting the whole artwork is ok with credits (@pnkkr4mune).⊹ I may post wips, stream the process or post the finished artwork online.
If you want to keep the commission private, you need to explicitly tell me beforehand.
A privacy fee may occur.⊹ I do not work under fixed deadlines.
I will try to accommodate your time frame as much as I can, however I cannot guarantee a 100% delivery to a given deadline.
Refunds requested due to me not meeting a deadline, your waiting time, or my working time will not be issued.WAITLIST⊹ If slots are full, you will be put onto the waitlist.
The waiting time depends on your position on the list.
Commissions on my waitlist have not been started.
Payment won't be requested until you have a slot.
You can always ask to be taken off the waitlist whenever you want.
If I don't receive a reply after informing you about your slot, I will assume that the commission is no longer wanted and will remove your request.

PAYMENT⊹ Payment must be sent through Paypal and in EUR (€) only.
I will only start working once I’ve received the designated payment.
The payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation, unless otherwise discussed.
The commission will be cancelled if the payment can't be made within the given deadline.⊹ No refunds for already started or finished works. I may refund you if I am unable to complete the work.
Full refunds can only be issued if the work has not been started yet.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS AND USAGE⊹ Commercial use is strictly prohibited, if not agreed and paid beforehand.
